Hi! I’m Kari Schwear, a former gray area drinker. I work with results-driven leaders that are willing to Question the Drink and discover a better relationship with alcohol, and with themselves.
I founded GrayTonic and created Question the Drink & the “QtD for 30” program after my own experience as a former gray area drinker left me frustrated and confused with traditional programs.
I designed this breakthrough path for those in the gray area between drinking socially and severely abusing alcohol who would benefit from discovery when they don’t need recovery.
As a former gray area drinker, I tried for years to moderate or cut back on my drinking. I played all the games of false promises that ultimately resulted in feeling worse about myself! I had ZERO self confidence!
Not knowing what direction to go, I tried AA for several months. While the program provided me with some tools, it wasn’t a good fit. I wasn’t an alcoholic.
